This is going to be fun!
Please make sure you have organised a meeting room where you can all see the screen while sitting together. There are team exercises during the workshop which require you to be in the same place as each other.
Click here to download your worksheets, and please make sure everyone has a set, preferably printed out (yes, I know, but you and your team will get more out of the workshop if everyone comes WITH a set of worksheets and WITHOUT their computer or phone.)
If you want to do some thinking before the workshop, start with where you would like your business to be in 5-10 years time. If you are having trouble imagining what next Tuesday will be like, try thinking about how you would like your day to go. Will you be seeing clients? Not seeing clients? You might even have sold your business! There’s no right or wrong, but the clearer you can be about your business vision, the more you will get out of the workshop.
